Individual SOCCER Training

Individual soccer training is for players that would like to improve in a one-on-one setting. We will go over which skills will be most beneficial for the player to work on in the off season. This includes basic foot skills, first touch, and the proper technique for striking the ball. A session is $60/hour.

Group SOCCER Training

Sign up for a 1-hour group soccer training session with 2-4 players of your choice. In the group session we will work on small-sided training, with an emphasis on quick passing and play making skills. There will also be work on 1v1s and 2v2s making sure to strengthen both offensive AND defensive skills. A session is $40/hour PER PLAYER (discounted from $60).

Individual BASKETBALL Training

Individual basketball training is for players that would like to improve in a one-on-one setting. We will go over skills that will be most beneficial to work on in the off-season such as dribbling, passing, defensive stance work, and proper shooting techniques. A session is $60/hour.

Group BASKETBALL Training

Sign up for a 1-hour group basketball training session with 2-4 players of your choice. In the group session we will work on small-sided training, with an emphasis on quick passing and play making skills. There will also be work on 1v1s and 2v2s making sure to strengthen both offensive AND defensive skills. A session is $40/hour PER PLAYER (discounted from $60).

Individual SOFTBALL/BASEBALL Training

Individual softball/baseball training is for players that would like to improve in a one-on-one setting. We will go over skills that will be most beneficial to work on in the off-season such as throwing basics, catching, base running, and proper batting techniques. A session is $60/hour.

Group SOFTBALL/BASEBALL Training

Sign up for a 1-hour group softball/baseball training session with 2-4 players of your choice. In the group session we will work on small-sided training, with an emphasis on defensive field play, and batting with base running. A session is $40/hour PER PLAYER (discounted from $60).

Individual FITNESS Training

Individual fitness training is for players that would like to improve in a one-on-one setting. We will go over skills that will be most beneficial to work on in the off-season such as increasing quickness, core strength, and physical training. A session is $60/hour.

Group FITNESS Training

Sign up for a 1-hour group fitness training session with 2-4 players of your choice. In the group session we will work in a circuit that will help to increase quickness, core strength, fitness level, and endurance. A session is $40/hour PER PLAYER (discounted from $60).

Small Team Training Practice

Sign up for a 1-hour, 1.5-hour, or 2-hour team training practice with 6-8 players of your team. In the team practice we will work drills that will help with team fundaments, team quickness, and learn how to make the team more cohesive, . A session is $30/hour PER PLAYER (discounted from $60).

Large Team Training Practice

Sign up for a 1-hour, 1.5-hour, or 2-hour team training practice with 9-14 players of your team. In the team practice we will work drills that will help with team fundaments, team quickness, and learn how to make the team more cohesive, . A session is $20/hour PER PLAYER (discounted from $60).
